and here again... and gone again... and here again...

Well, lots has happened since that day in Houston flying to Belize. In particular:

I went to Belize and had an awesome time with my family
I got 3 jobs
1. Working at Movie Gallery, making minimum wage and working crappy shifts
2. Teaching a "robotics and engineering" class for little kids
3. Subbing for little kids
I took a trip with Lindz to Chicago and had an awesome time
I got a new phone
I got a Nintendo DS Lite
I got my oil changed and the people didnt quite latch my hood properly, so I drove down the highway, the hood flipped up and I totalled my car, but insurance paid for it so I fixed things and have a little money to spare


Actually those are the main "changes". Everything else is pretty much the same. Oh, I guess I got a new watch today. It's still nice being home, but I'm getting tired of pissing away my summer at a shitty job. I'm starting to plan my 2008 trip around (a bit of) the world. I'm going to set aside 3 grand, plus my savings bonds (another grand or so) and spend some time backpacking through either 1. west AND EAST Europe or 2. Japan and Thailand or 3. both (we'll see!).

I have to work tomorow morning at 9, so I'm actually heading to bed. I passed all of my classes with (somewhat) flying colors, so I'm happy about that (I just looked at my grades 2 days ago - i was scared). My little sister Brittany got a 35 on her ACT which I'm proud of.

I'll hopefully (soon!) get around to posting sweet photos of stuff thats been going on, although I haven't actually taken many photos this summer just because I've been doing other things I guess...
